Bebop Dancewear Ltd does not accept responsibility for the late arrival of goods due to Royal Mail delays and no refunds for postage will be given.

Due to Standard delivery problems beyond our control we have to allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery, up to 15 working days for German, French, and all other EU destinations before we can consider a parcel to be missing and we can act upon it. Please be aware the maximum time limit for reporting missing items in the UK is 30 days, and 60 days outside of the UK. We do not act upon parcels reported out of these timescales.

Returned parcels – if your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you. If you require us to resend the order then additional postage may be chargeable.


Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund; however they must be in a re-saleable condition, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging.

To return item(s), please follow the guidance below

  • Contact us to arrange refund
  • Pack and return the item to the address below:
  • Bebop Dancewear Ltd, 5 Brookfield Avenue, Crosby Liverpool 23
  • Bebop will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item
  • We cannot accept requests for additional items to be included in returns. A new order would have to be placed
  • Please allow 10 working days for your return to be received and processed. For refunds please allow an additional 5 days for money to be returned to your account.

Please note: postage must be paid if the return is not our error. We recommend recorded delivery as we do not accept responsibility for lost parcels.


Bebop Ltd is happy to exchange items. However, were the reason for return is not our error there is a handling charge of £3.00 to cover the cost of postage. To minimize exchange goods, please always refer to our sizing chart when placing an order. – can we do this via the returns form?

All exchanges must-

  • be sent within 7 working days of receipt to the address above.
  • be sent in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include written instructions for your credit/debit card to be deducted the £3.00 handling fee.

Amendments & Cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via our contact formUnfortunately we are unable to amend orders already dispatched and we cannot guarantee requests for amendments or cancellations. We also cannot accept cancellations or amendments for orders with Special or Priority delivery.

If your order has already been dispatched no refunds will be given for postage.

Force Majeure

Bebop Dancewear Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control
